the location was perfect, close to stores and not far from the metro. the neighborhood was quiet and familiar, and I had no issues with noise. the staff was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to solve any issues and maintaining constant communication. the rooms were comfortable, equipped with everything I needed, and well-maintained. the host/receptionist was excellent, providing informative check-in and arranging a taxi to the airport on short notice. a great experience.
